We were suppose to have a workout this morning, but it was storming so coach told us to run some mileage on our own today. So I ran 5 miles out and back on a country road off FM 2821.
I felt like crap for about 3 miles, my legs were dead. As I got further into the run, I started to feel better. I ended up running 1:08:00 for the run so it turned out to be a solid run.
