8x1200m repeats with min rest and 8x120m hills

Coach split us into two or three groups today. My group consisted of Patrick, Blake, Clint, and Julius. Pat and I worked together on these again which helped out. We split 4:08, 4:06, 4:03, 4:04, 4:02, 4:02, 4:00, 3:54. We were very consistent and steady with the pace, so I think we got the most out of the workout. The 8 hills after were no big thing afterwards, we just went like 3k-5k effort up them. The total mileage for the day was 10.
I felt relatively good today. I was not sore before, I haven't really been "sore" for a while now, I guess its just been a while since I depleted myself. In a couple weeks we will start doing VO2 max stuff and it will be a whole other story I'm sure, but it doesn't matter as long as a get better which I haven't in ages.

Later on we had cross training in the afternoon. We did some abbs as a team then I did 25 minutes on the eliptical. I was exhausted from being up since 5:30 so I just took it easy with how much stuff I did.
